These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Havor and its translation, voice, image analysis, audio analysis, and coin purchase features.
By downloading, accessing, or using Havor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Havor is a practical language utility built for users who need help understanding everyday content across languages, including typed text, recorded speech, selected audio, and text found in images. The app is intended for use in situations such as travel, study abroad, international work, and day-to-day cross-language communication.
Some features in Havor use coins. Image analysis and audio analysis may deduct coins after a successful result. Coin packages are offered as in-app purchases and are processed through the app store on your device. Pricing, billing, refunds, and transaction handling are subject to the rules and systems of that platform.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Havor at any time. We may also update these Terms as the app evolves. Your continued use of Havor after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Havor, including its design, software, branding, content structure, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
Havor relies on third-party services and platform providers to support app delivery, translation, speech generation, audio transcription, image analysis, and in-app purchases. Your use of those parts of the service may also be affected by the terms and policies of those providers.
Havor is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Translation, transcription, text extraction, and generated speech may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every purpose. You should use your own judgment before relying on results for important personal, professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety-related decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app, your inability to use it, purchase issues handled by platform providers, or reliance on translation or analysis results.
We may suspend or terminate access to Havor if we believe these Terms have been violated, if misuse is detected, or if continued access would create legal, operational, or security risk.
